- August 18, 2024: $750 per person

- November 1, 2024: Remaining balance due
RESERVATIONS: Membership in the Orlando Ski and Travel Club, a deposit, and completion of online registration are necessary to reserve a spot on this trip. CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing. No penalty if received prior to July 31,2024; $100 per person cancellation fee if received between August 1, 2024 and September 19, 2024. Beginning September 20th, cancellation will result in forfeiture of the deposit paid or the total cost to the club of such cancellation. No refunds after October 20,2024. Trip insurance is highly recommended.
Accommodations are assigned in order deposits are received. No space is held without a $500.00 per person deposit or full trip credit payment. Early commitments get first choice!
