  VALID PASSPORT REQUIRED: Each U.S. citizen must have a valid passport. Expiration date of passport should be at least six months after the return date of the tour - December 21, 2026 or after

  Initial Deposit: $600 per person; with TPP $1169 - CHECK ONLY

  Note: CHECKS must be received 2 weeks prior (Jan 9, 2026) to final payment date to allow for processing. Late Payments will result in cancellation of entire reservation; deposits are non-refundable 

  
  

  All prices listed are per person, twin share and include taxes and charges. Single Occupancy rates are double the twin rate. Cabin cannot be confirmed and held without paid deposit; first come first serve. 

  
  

  Travelers Protection Plan (TPP) available via Trip Mate for $569 per person or research and purchase your own travel protection (mandatory medical evacuation policy required). TPP must be paid within 5-days of registration. Option to select at registration

  Should you choose not to purchase the Travelers Protection Plan or cancel for a non-covered reason, the following per person cancellation charges will be assessed:

  • Up to 131 days prior to departure: Deposit Amount
  • 130 days to 91 days prior to departure: 50% of tour cost
    
  • 90 days to 61 days prior to departure: 75% of the tour cost
    
  • 60 days until Day of Departure:  100% of the tour cost
  • No refund on unused portions of the tour 

  Roommate Cancellation: If you are booked as a “twin” or “double” and your roommate cancels their reservation, you can either find another roommate as a replacement or in absence of a replacement, you will be charged the Double Rate (full cost of Pre-Night Hotel and Cabin) and travel as a single. Discounted Single Occupancy rates not available on this yacht product
