LODGING: 7 nights DBL Occupancy at THE HUNTLEY LODGE in the heart of Big Sky’s Mountain Village. Steps from the Explorer Lift just out the back door, you’ll be warm and cozy when not out exploring this winter wonderland. Amenities include:

· Complimentary Ski storage; free ski rental delivery from Big Sky Sports Rental

PACKAGE PRICE: Double Occupancy – two queen beds per room. $2,480 per person.
PRICE INCLUDES: Round trip flight on Southwest, ground transfers to & from Airport with grocery stop, 7 nights lodging, all taxes, baggage handling, FULL HOT BREAKFAST BUFFET DAILY, Pre-trip party, après socials, and more.
LIFT TICKETS: IKON, Mountain Collective, or Big Sky Passes (NON-REFUNDABLE) accepted. Single and Multi-Day Group lift ticket pricing to be set by Resort in July. Tram Access requires separate fees.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
- Deposit of $500 per person when registering.
- $900 per person by September 1, 2024.
- Balance due by November 30, 2024
- If paying via Credit Card full amount is due upon registration.

Orlando Ski and Travel Club membership, a deposit, and a completed online registration form are required to reserve space on this trip. Accommodations/roommates are assigned in order deposits or credit card payments are received. No space is held without a $500 per person deposit or full trip credit card payment. Early commitments get first choice! *Very Limited Single Occupancy rooms available (1 person MAX in Single Occupancy rooms; no exceptions). *Very Limited Land Only packages available.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be received by Orlando Ski and Travel Club in writing. No penalty if cancellation received by July 31, 2024; $100 per person cancellation fee if cancellation is received August 1, 2024 - September 30, 2024. Cancellations October 1, 2024 – November 30, 2024, will result in forfeiture of the greater of the deposit paid or the total cost to the club of such cancelation. No refunds after November 30, 2024.
