Orlando Ski and Travel Club membership, a trip deposit, and a completed online registration form are required to reserve space on this trip. Go to www.OrlandoSkiandTravelClub.com to both register as a member and sign up for this trip. Parties of 2 must each register separately with their own email login. Accommodations/roommates are assigned in order deposits or credit card payments are received. No space is held without a $500 per person deposit or full trip credit card payment. Early commitments get first choice!

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be received by Orlando Ski and Travel Club in writing. No penalty if cancellation received prior to July 30, 2024; $100 per person cancellation fee if cancellation is received July 31, 2024 - Oct 1, 2024. Cancellations Oct 1, 2024 - Nov 21, 2024 will result in forfeiture of the greater of the deposit paid or the total cost to the club of such cancelation. No refunds after Nov 22, 2024.
