RESERVATIONS: OSTC membership, full payment via credit card at time of registration and a completed trip registration online are required to reserve space on this trip. Space cannot be held without trip full CC payment. Parties of 2 or more must register separately with their own email login.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be received by Orlando Ski and Travel Club Trip Leader in writing. If you cancel a reservation at least 90 days prior to your departure, you will receive a refund equal to your Trip Price (less $100 Club Cancellation Fee). You will receive a refund less any non-refundable airfare/add-ons, non-refundable services fees, and the following per-person charges. Any applicable refunds will be returned to you in a manner to be determined by O.A.T. or Grand Circle, including, but not limited to, credit for future travel. The majority of applicable refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation. The trip is operated by Overseas Adventure Travel, they determine how the refund will be issued.
