CHECK PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Deposit – $750 per person; Feb 1, 2024 – $2000 per person;
April 1, 2024 – $2000 per person; June 1, 2024 – Balance due.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: Full amount due when registering.
Note: As of April 10, 2024, Brazil requires all US Citizens to apply for a Visa to enter the country and recommends application be made 2 months in advance of your arrival. After April 10th, visit: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/international-travel/International-Travel-Country-Information-Pages/Brazil.html. Visas do not need to be filled out until 90 days before departure.
RESERVATIONS: Orlando Ski and Travel Club membership, a deposit, and a completed online registration form are required to reserve space on this trip. CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be received by Orlando Ski and Travel Club in writing. No penalty if cancellation received prior to Nov 1, 2023; $100 per person cancellation fee if cancellation is received after Nov 1, 2023 and prior to June 1, 2024. After June 1st & prior to Aug 1, 2024 will result in forfeiture of deposit paid or the total cost to the club of such cancelation. No refunds after August 1, 2024.
