All of our Club Board and Trip Leaders are excited to speak with you in person at Wekiva Island in Longwood on Sunday, May 4th regarding our upcoming trips that we will be launching for online sign-ups starting just 4 days after the Wekiva event!
Import News! Official 2025-2026 Ski Trip signups will begin Thursday, May 8th at 7pm, Online - on our Club’s Website. Now is the time to ensure your Membership is current as it’s required to register for a trip.

I suggest signing up for trips ASAP (mark your calendar for 7pm on the 8th) as Earlybird signup Discount offerings will be “limited” both in quantity per trip and will also expire in just a few weeks. First come first serve regarding Earlybird disounts and some trips are expected to sell out very quickly!
The upcoming Membership Drive Picnic is so important to all of us and the future of our wonderful club. It takes all of us to invite our friends, coworkers, and neighbors to help continue to build this club with additional fun people and reach our best potential.
Wekiva Island Membership Drive Picnic – Sunday May 4th at 9:30am
BBQ Lunch and Drink provided for all attendees (don’t be late as the gates will close by 10:15am or so and you won’t be able to enter after that). See below and all event details found on our Meetup page for more information regarding this year’s new member recruitment promotion.

This May 4th event will take the place of our normal Monthly social.
Details regarding member referral rewards program I hope you’re excited to know how you can receive an additional $250 discount towards your trip sign-up for this coming year!? Your board has put together a wonderful incentive for current club members to help grow our club by inviting new potential members. Invite your friends or co-workers to our Membership Drive Picnic (free BBQ lunch and drink) at Wekiva Island in Longwood on Sunday May 4th and this is how our referral promotion works: Promotion dates: 5/4/25 through 6/30/25.
- If you are a current paid member and your guest attends this event on 5/4/25, signs up and pays for a new club membership by 5/5/25; both you and your guest will receive a $50 discount off your next 2025-2026 club trip! (i.e.; only applicable per membership)
- Also, if your guest signs up for a 2025-2026 trip before 6/30/25 the current member receives an additional $200 discount towards their own new trip sign-up and any new club member signing up for a trip for the 1st time by 6/30/25 will receive a special $200 in addition to any offered $100 early bird discount! For a grand total of a $300 discount!! (i.e.; only applicable per membership)
-Current members who have joined the Orlando Ski and Travel Club but have never traveled with the club can also take advantage of the $200 additional discount by signing up for a trip by 6/30/25.
Lake Louisa (Clermont, FL) Cabin Party Weekend #5 will be October 17-19th, 2025
Both Online and in-person (at Wekiva event) Signups for Lake Louisa Cabin Weekend will begin Sunday morning May 4th at 9am at our Wekiva Membership Drive Event. Available cabins are expected to sell out quickly so be quick to sign up and reserve your spot! It’s less than one hundred bucks to participate and stay in these nice air-conditioned cabins and experience this extremely fun 2-day party/dance and outdoor adventure extravaganza held locally here in Clermont!

I am personally looking forward to seeing you this Sunday, May 4th at Wekiva Island in Longwood! Remember to Arrive Early (before 10am) as they will most likely close the Wekiva Island entrance gate shortly after 10am (once at capacity).
