By May, the slopes are starting to warm and spring skiing can be quite slushy. We start to turn our attention toward the beaches, camping and hiking vacations. The Arizona Adventure Travel Trip leaves in two weeks – trip participants will enjoy hiking, forest therapy, and spectacular views of the Grand Canyon. We had a strong turnout at our April social. It was picture perfect - overlooking Crane’s Roost Park in Altamonte. Members gave us positive feedback regarding rotating our socials to different settings. Changing venues is good, food is better and the friendships are priceless! This month’s social and elections will be held at Teak Neighborhood Grill on May 12th. Due to the positive interest in positions, we will be holding these elections by ballot this year.
