GREAT OUTDOOR EVENT/PICNIC- Our club loves to welcome new people!

Get ready for a fun Sunday morning and afternoon with fellow Orlando Ski and Travel Club members at Wekiva Island. We have a Private area/ Cabana rented for our group located right downstream from the Springs on the Wekiva River. You may swim, drink, use/rent kayaks or canoes and of course Socialize and eat! Everyone attending is eligible and encouraged to compete in our 4th Club Corn Hole tournament, Prizes awarded :)

BBQ Lunch starting around 11:30 until it's gone Invite your friends, co-workers and family members for a double bonus!

BONUS: 1 Drink Ticket offered for all current club members and 1 drink for new member sign-ups! First opportunity at this event to preview our highly anticipated ski and adventure trips for 2026 - 2027. Some trips will have limited space available so remember to sign up for your desired trip/trips as soon as they are released for sign up on our website Look for that ski trip launch email late in May/June!

Rain or Shine as we have a large covered building with patio and a covered cabana reserved for our group. Important, Wekiva Island is open to the public, so Arrive Early! (arrive before 10:00 am or most likely you won't be able to get in ) as Wekiva Island parking and capacity is limited.

Promotion details

Promotion dates: 5/17/26 through 6/30/26. If you are a current paid member and your guest attends this event on 5/17/26, signs up and pays for a new club membership by 5/18/26, both you and your guest will receive a $50 discount off your next 2026-2027 club trip! (i.e.; only applicable per membership - Individual, Associate and Family Membership count as 1 membership)

Also, if your guest signs up for a 2026-2027 trip by 6/30/26 the current member receives an additional $200 discount towards their own new trip sign-up and any new club member signing up for a trip for the 1st time by 6/30/26 will receive a special $200 in addition to any trips with available $100 early bird discounts for a grand total of $300!! (i.e.; only applicable per membership
- Individual, Associate and Family Membership count as 1 membership.
- Current members who have joined the Orlando Ski and Travel Club but have never traveled with the club can also take advantage of the $200 additional discount by signing up for a trip by 6/30/26.

Note: Parking is VERY limited at Wekiva Island, so plan to arrive early before 10am and carpool if you can. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited but can be purchased from the onsite Tooting Otter Bar (Beer and Wine).

Pay in Full via credit card at time of registration OR

Initial Deposit: $600 per person; with TPP $1169 - CHECK ONLY

Final Balance: January 23, 2026 - CHECK OR CREDIT CARD

Note: CHECKS must be received 2 weeks prior (Jan 9, 2026) to final payment date to allow for processing. Late Payments will result in cancellation of entire reservation; deposits are non-refundable

All prices listed are per person, twin share and include taxes and charges. Single Occupancy rates are double the twin rate. Cabin cannot be confirmed and held without paid deposit; first come first serve.

Travelers Protection Plan (TPP) available via Trip Mate for $569 per person or research and purchase your own travel protection (mandatory medical evacuation policy required). TPP must be paid within 5-days of registration. Option to select at registration

Deposit per person with TPP: $1169 ($600 trip deposit + $569 TPP)

Should you choose not to purchase the Travelers Protection Plan or cancel for a non-covered reason, the following per person cancellation charges will be assessed:

Up to 131 days prior to departure: Deposit Amount
130 days to 91 days prior to departure: 50% of tour cost
90 days to 61 days prior to departure: 75% of the tour cost
60 days until Day of Departure: 100% of the tour cost
No refund on unused portions of the tour

Roommate Cancellation: If you are booked as a “twin” or “double” and your roommate cancels their reservation, you can either find another roommate as a replacement or in absence of a replacement, you will be charged the Double Rate (full cost of Pre-Night Hotel and Cabin) and travel as a single. Discounted Single Occupancy rates not available on this yacht product
